Review of Never Call Me Vampire by Tamara Grantham

The world calls him vampire. But that’s not who I know. He’s my fellow patient at Crimson Hollow, a facility for those infected with the vampire virus. He’s lived for more than a century and been called many things. Vagabond. Circus freak. Prisoner. Murderer. Now he’s the world’s most famous person. He receives blood transfusions to stay conscious and rarely leaves the facility. He’ll never be free. Except in death. And that was what he wanted…until I arrived. All I wanted was a cure. I wasn’t planning to fall in love. He knows too much about my secret. And I’ve learned too much about his past. Someone is plotting to unleash a serum that will destroy the entire world as we know it. But to save everyone—we must sacrifice ourselves. They call him vampire. But only he knows his true nature And I may never be prepared to accept it. "This book made me want to believe in the unbelievable!" —Angela Larkin, co-author of the bestselling Beyond series

MY REVIEW:

I AM A BIG FAN OF PARANORMAL AND I ESPECIALLY LOVE READING ABOUT VAMPIRES. I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A GOOD VAMPIRE BOOK AND WHEN I WAS OFFERED A CHANCE TO READ NEVER CALL ME VAMPIRE, I JUMPED AT THE CHANCE. THIS IS THE FIRST BOOK I HAVE READ BY TAMARA GRANTHAM AND IT DFINITELY WON'T BE THE LAST.  NEVER CALL ME VAMPIRE IS A FANTASTIC BOOK WITH A UNIGUE AND INTRIGUING STORY LINE THAT WILL  HAVE YOU HOOKED FROM THE VERY FIRST PAGE. THIS STORY TOOK ME COMPLETELY BY SURPRISE AND DEFINITELY WASN'T WHAT I EXPECTED.  THE STORY LINE AND CHARACTERS ARE WELL DEVELOPED AND I ENJOYED LEARNING ABOUT EACH CHARACTER. I ESPECIALLY LOVED LEARNING ABOUT AMAYA AND LUCIAN AND ENJOYED WATCHING THEIR LOVE DEVELOP FOR ONE ANOTHER.  TAMARA GRANTHAN HAS CREATED A UNIQUE STORY LINE THAT IS NOTHING LIKE THE NORMAL TALES OF VAMPIRES.  SHE TAKES YOU ON A JOURNEY THROUGHOUT THE STORY WITH ALOT OF UNEXPECTED PLOTS AND TWISTS YOU WILL NEVER SEE COMING.  THE STORY IS FILLED WITH SUSPENSE, INTRIGUE, ACTION, ROMANCE, AND FANTASY.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS STORY AND WOULD LOVE TO SEE NEVER CALL ME VAMPIRE AS A MOVIE.  IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT TO WATCH ON THE SCREEN WITH A REALLY GREAT CAST OF ACTORS.  TAMARA GRANTHAM IS AN EXCELLENT WRITER AND I TRULY ENJOYED THE STORY.  THE CHARACTERS AND STORY FELT VERY REAL THROUGH THE AUTHOR'S WORDS AND BELIEVABLE.  IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PARANORMAL STORY, NEVER CALL ME VAMPIRE IS A MUST READ.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO READING MORE BOOKS BY THIS AUTHOR.  HOPEFULLY THERE IS A SEQUEL TO THIS STORY.  5 STARS
