INTRODUCTION

Hi everyone My name is Victoria Zumbrum, 40 years old, married 14 years with 1 son. This is my very first blog. So bear with me. I have always wanted to have my own blog. I have always loved to read. I enjoy getting lost in a good book.
I love becoming part of the story and characters. I am hoping to bring my love of books to my readers.

I love reading different genres such as paranormal, young adult, romance, romantic suspense, mystery, Christian fiction, some horror, etc. The list goes on. I started reviewing books a couple of years ago and have done reviews for different blogs and even some authors. I really have enjoyed reviewing books and I will continue to do so. If anyone is interested in me reviewing a book for them, please contact me. I still have a lot to learn regarding my own blog so bear with me. I welcome and appreciate all followers.

RAINBOWS AND DREAMS
by
Michelle Murray
OFFICIAL GENRE: general poetry
Rainbows and Dreams is a collection of poetry that will touch you with its colors and dreams.
Ever have a bad day? A love loss? A sweet memory? This collection of poems will touch you and move you. This an diverse collection of fantasy, romance, loss, hope, heroes, warrior, fair maidens, and dreams all woven together like the colors of the rainbow. One reviewer says “These verses will nourish your heart and soul.” All of these poems are written straight from the heart. Let my passion for the written word inspire you!
One of the poems turned into a song:
Walking Alone

As I look up into the sky I feel like I'm going to cry
Trying hard to make it on my own
Trying hard to walk alone
Taking each day as it comes
Tackling each problem one by one
Trying hard to make it on my own
Trying hard to walk alone
Don't want anyone to come near
Losing them is my only fear
Trying hard to make it on my own
Trying hard to walk alone
Too many times I've been hurt Beaten, bruised, and treated like dirt
Trying hard to make it on my own
Trying hard to walk alone
Though a time will come
When I will look up and see the sun
And I will no longer Be walking the path alone.
