ReplyDeleteI'm not a huge fan of audiobooks, but this one would be great to listen to! I love the idea of the books!!
ReplyDeleteThanks! My narrator, Alan Turton, was trained as an actor before moving to narrating audiobooks, and I love how he has voiced the various characters in Antlands. Of course, it's also available as an e-book and paperback, too!

I really love the premise of the book - and series! Is it appropriate for YA readers?
ReplyDeleteIn terms of content, it’s perfectly appropriate. I believe the strongest word is a “damn,” and romantically speaking, nothing beyond a chaste kiss or two. (A possible sexual assault is alluded to, very obliquely.) The vocabulary isn’t necessarily limited to words a young person would know, however. For that reason, I suggest the audiobook for a young reader. The narrator makes the story easy to follow.
