Review of Chase Me A Sage McGuire Romance by Sharon Kleve

Sage McGuire has a great job she loves. All that changes in the blink of an eye when her long-time boss, Mr. Smithfield, has an accident involving an over-sized rubber band. Mr. Smithfield’s semi-worthless son, Daniel, takes over Smithfield Laboratories and Sage rethinks her career choice.

Sergeant Carter Morgan of the Portland Police Department solves violent crimes and sexy pinecone scent and black leather pants rev Sage’s engine.

Sage’s wild spirit, crazy red hair, and sense of humor take Carter for the ride of his life.

MY REVIEW:

CHASE ME IS BOOK 1 IN THE SAGE MCGUIRE SERIES IS A VERY FUN AND ENTERTAINING READ.  I FOUND MYSELF JUST FLIPPING THROUGH THE PAGES AS THE STORY CAME TO LIFE.  SAGE IS A VERY FUNNY, QUIRKY AND ENTERTAINING.  SHE IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR A BOSS WHO DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON.  ONE NIGHT SAGE IS OUT WITH HER 2 FRIENDS AND SHE MEETS A MAN.  THERE IS AN INSTANT ATTRACTION BETWEEN CARTER AND SAGE.  SAGE GOES HOME WITH CARTER.  SHE LATER LEARNS CARTER IS AN UNDERCOVER COP.  CARTER AND SAGE START SPENDING ALOT OF TIME TOGETHER AND FIND THEMSELVES FALLING IN LOVE.  WHEN SAGE IS ACCIDENTALLY HURT ON ONE OF HIS ASSIGNMENTS, CARTER BECOME OVERPROTECTIVE ESPECIALLY WHEN HE LEARNS THAT SAGE WANTS TO BE A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR.  CARTER WANTS SAGE TO GIVE UP HER CAREER CHOICE.  WILL SAGE AND CARTER BE ABLE TO WORK OUT THEIR DIFFERENCES OR IS THEIR RELATIONSHIP OVER?I FOUND HER AND HER FRIENDS VERY ENTERTAINING AND FUNNY AND FOUND MYSELF LAUGHING OUT LOUD. 

CHASE ME IS A ROMANTIC COMEDY FILLED WITH SOME VERY WONDERFUL CHARACTERS AND A GREAT STORYLINE.   YOU WILL WANT TO LAUGH OUT LOUD AT TIMES AT THE ANTICS THAT SAGE AND HER FRIENDS GET INTO.  TROUBLE SEEMS TO FOLLOW SAGE WHEREVER SHE GOES.  I HAVE TO ADMIRE SAGE.  SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS AND WILL NOT GIVE UP HER DREAMS FOR ANYONE.  THIS IS ANOTHER WONDERFUL SERIES BY THE AWESOME SHARON KLEVE.  SHE NEVER DISAPPOINTS WITH HER STORIES AND CHARACTERS.  I LOVE HER WRITING AND HER STORIES.  THEY ALWAYS DRAW YOU IN AND ARE SO VERY BELIEVABLE. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT BOOK IN THE SERIES. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT TROUBLE SAGE GETS INTO NEXT.  5 STARS.   





Biography
Sharon Kleve was born and raised in Washington and currently lives on the Olympic Peninsula with her husband.

Sharon is a multi-published author of contemporary romance. She loves romance. She loves reading romance, living romance, and especially loves writing about romance. She gets no greater feeling than watching her characters come alive in each other's arms. Most of all, she loves giving her characters the happily ever after they deserve—with a few bumps and bruises along the way.

One of her favorite things to do is pick up a new book and sink into the story, immersing herself in the emotions between the characters. She hopes to inspire her readers the same way her favorite authors have inspired her.

When not writing, she can usually be found either curled up in her recliner with her cat and a good book, or in the kitchen baking sourdough bread or bagels.
