Review of Betray Me (Forest Hollow Prequel) by Amanda Mann

Destiny. Fate. Do these things control the outcome of our lives, or is it an accumulation of our decisions and choices? After the death of her best friend, Alexandra Rhoades was faced with a life altering decision. She could stay in Florida with her cruel father and his coven, continuing down the dark and dangerous path they were set on, or she could leave and try to make it on her own. With everything that had happened, she believed that there was only one choice she could make. Alexandra ran. Still, destiny was plopped onto her lap, but will she run from it, too?

MY REVIEW:

BETRAY ME IS THE PREQUEL TO THE FOREST HOLLOW SERIES AND IS AN EXCELLENT START TO A NEW SERIES.  WE ARE INTRODUCED TO ALEXANDRA, WHO THE READER IS GOING TO FEEL SORRY FOR AND WILL BE CHEERING HER ON. SHE HAS A CRUEL FATHER WHO IS USING HER GIFTS FOR HIS AND HIS COVENS EVIL PURPOSES.  SHE HAS TO DECIDE WHETHER SHE WANTS TO STAY OR RUN AWAY? LX CHOOSES TO RUN AND FINDS HER DESTINY.

BETRAY ME IS A FAST PACED READ FILLED WITH ACTION, SUSPENSE AND ROMANCE THAT WILL KEEP YOU ON THE EDGE OF YOUR SEAT.  YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE LEX AND SOME OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS BUT WILL HAVE YOUR LEAST FAVORITE AS WELL.  I LOVE AMANDA MANN'S WRITING AND HER STORY. SHE DRAWS  YOU INTO THE STORY AND YOU WILL BE EXCITED FOR THE NEXT BOOK.  A MUST READ FOR PARANORMAL FANS.  5 STARS.

 IS A GREAT START

Amanda K. Mann is a Cali girl, born and raised. She’s the mother of two amazing children, both a son and a daughter, and a wife to an amazingly supportive and loving Marine husband. Which means she gets to move every three years or so. Animal lover and Supernatural addict, she spends most of her free time with her nose stuck in a book or typing away at some new idea that popped into her brain. Her blood type is caffeine and she is a sucker for cute otter pics.
